J.D. Power releases sat-nav study findings, crowns Ford tops — Autoblog 2009 Navigation Usage and Satisfaction Study | J.D. Power and Associates Nav systems on Toyotas, including the Prius did poorly. Maybe the people that gripe about it are right? (FWIW, I think the nav system on my Prius is fine and have a Garmin Nuvi 350 for my other car to compare it with.)
