MSRP for the v V with just mats is $30,975. Perhaps he is referring to the dealer's added sticker being discounted. There's not enough more I can add as far as factory accessories go to make it a $32,350 vehicle ... so it had to have added markup or added extras marked way over retail. If I had his VIN# I could tell.
