    Intake manifold removal and deep cleaning.
    Complete EGR Systems including egr cooler removal and deep clean
    Catch Can
    Head gasket
    Both water Pumps
    New Brake Actuator System
    New Traction Battery
    Inverter Firmware updates from dealer
    Load Test 12 Battery
    Closely Monitor Engine Coolant Level. It should not change. If it does most likely head gasket.....
    Check engine oil bi weekly or everyday until you know the consumption rate

    Also check oil frequently so if it is an oil burner you don't run out of oil. Change every 5k miles.

    The other suggestions are good, but don't scare the poor guy; lets just say the ones I've flagged are items that he should be cognizant of?

    With the miles though, that head gasket could well be a goner...

    What bugs me about Priuschat is why does a guy post on Monday and no one sees it until Friday? I never saw it at all until Tim replied. If this forum was more timely we might have given this guy an option to punt.
