Just purchased an inverter coolant pump, how to tell if OEM?

    Came in a Toyota/Lexus box. But there are no Toyota markings or part numbers on it at all.
    The part was G9020-47031 and supposed to be OEM.

    My normal car repairs are on Audi/VW and almost every part is marked with the logo or a part number.

    That's the OEM part number. It is made by Asin, it might be so marked. If you bought it from a dealer, it is genuine; maybe not, if you purchased it off eBay. There are counterfeits.

    Toyota did not make that pump Asian probably did. Same pump is used on my Italian
    Big bore scooters for radiator water cooling .similar tech to washer drain pump . Nothing to it .dont tie up Toyoda making these.
