Knocking noise and stirring when open driver site (without key close by) also when turning off power

    2007 prius, 137k miles. Power off and knocking and whirring noise. Same noise also when open driver site door, without key close by. problem appeared after bearing installation on 1 site. 12 v battery is new, and ev refurbished.
    After 14 years, now for the first time little cars appear in consumption bar when driving with steady speed on highway, not braking.

    Bearing replacement in Engine?? H got it replaced 1 side wheel bearing

    sounds like a bad wheel bearing.

    what does 'power off' mean? are you driving?

    A whirring noise upon opening the driver's door is often coming from the brake system.

    We now have enough guesses all over the map that it might be very helpful to record the noise and post a recording or a youtube link.
