Language Question: How do you call these parts in English?

    I don't know much about cars and I am not a native speaker of English... and I would like to know how you call these parts in English. (FYI they are called "interia paneru setto (Interior Panel Set)" in Japanese but I haven't been able to find such images after googling using un-Japanesefied version of the exact same words. Can you let me know how you call them, if they are available in the U.S.?

    They probably would be called "dash panel trim".
