Can anyone recommend a shop in the San Francisco Bay area for adding leather to my '05 seats? My Toyota dealer wants $1700 and one week of work which seems a bit much.
That doesn't seem that high to me, although maybe I was ripped off. I paid $1500 for our leather (seats, door arm rests, center console). It did take 4 days to get it done. I figured it was better to do this and get a known result (sales guy had it in his) than to try to find a 3rd party later and get who knows what.
Don't have a place to recommend, but did you consider Classic Soft Trim? They have an installation center in Hayward. I was going to give them a call in the next few weeks to get a quote.
