All other 40 watt bulbs were rated at 6-7 watts and 250-450 lumens. This is the best bang for the buck at $2.18 per bulb after price match on their app. draws 4.5 watts, brightness 36lx 100 watt non dimmable CFL Ecosmart EDXO-23 rated at 23 watts 1600 lumens 5000k - Tested just for kicks draws 22 watts, brightness 81lx
