If I don't use the prius for 3-4 weeks will the car still start? Has anyone had experience with this? Also how important is VSC?
VSC is very important for safety and accident avoidance. Strongly recommend it. If you have SKS and turn it off you may be able to start your car after 4 weeks, but some have trouble with the 12v dying after as early as 2 weeks and it likely won't go longer than 2 weeks with the sks on. The traction battery, however, can go about 6 months before draining to an unusable level. The 12v is easy to jump, just keep one of those battery powered jumper things charged up as a back-up.
