Lighters out of service, fuses ok though

yesterday my lighters went out and so did the seat heaters at the same time. No error codes are showing up and all the fuses inside the car are ok, I took them out one by one, I mean those to the left of the driver's legs, also all lights, electric windows and other electric stuff seems to be working fine.
I did not check the fuse box under the engine hood, I didn't want to mess something up before asking you people.
What can I do to troubleshoot this thing?
