Below your right knee at the bottom of the dash - looks a little like a parallel port. When I was looking for it I was looking for something smaller. It would have helped if I had taken the cord out of the plastic bag first and looked at it.
Yep, you'll see a crease down between where the center "bulge" starts and the driver's column. It's just under there behind the gray plastic.

Many scantools come with a dongle that's effectively a longish plug, which tends to hang down in front of where you foot is on the go-pedal. Makes driving and datalogging a little more interesting. The SG has a more low-profile plug.. . _H*
