Long FT on a Prius v 2012. Unserviced EGR or intake manifold (I know, I know) running pretty smooth. I understand the basics of fuel trim in a caveman kind of way. I’m running min 5- max 8% which is not enough to trigger an error but enough to say I have some issues. I can’t afford to do everything at once. What would you do first? Injectors?
Do you constantly monitor the value Long FT using diagnostic programs? When did this “problem” appear?
Unless you've already done the plugs, that's a good place to start, without any expectations of it producing any L or S FT difference. kiss philosophy - get your fingers or $ in the game and start monitoring. read the full manual all awhile u adjust for age and conditions
