Hi usbseawolf2000, Thanks for the photos. Curious, whatever happened to those beautiful "Kyowa KR206 Black w/ Chrome Lips 17" (15lbs)" wheels you had on your Prius?

Wow, nice! I remember seeing a Honda Odyssey once with a mattress in the back. The 3rd row is in the floor and the 2nd row removed. The mattress was just about window height. Methinks they're on a road trip. Forgot whether it was an out-of-province/country plate.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Boo @ Oct 21 2007, 04:11 PM) </div> I took it off as winter approaches for the TPMS in the OEM rims. Plus I am enjoying 60+ MPG in my normal commute. I am thinking about selling those 17" rims. I moved the seats as far as I could but it was not enough. I was able to drive back. The rear view visibility was impaired but the backup camera came in very handy. It looked kind of weird of the door was not completely closed and pointed higher.
So you noticed a significant difference in mpg with those rims? I htought you they were only a few lbs. heavier than stock?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(F8L @ Oct 21 2007, 11:49 PM) </div> The difference is probably around 10% but I find OEM rims more fun to drive. Easier to stay in stealth and that is the reason I am looking to get a lighter wheels.
Ha! I fit a double/full size mattress in my Prius! *Plus* the frame! Well, the mattress had to be folded in half, and the frame was very minimal. But it fit! Didn't happen to have a camera with me, unfortunately...
