I am new and this is my first thread. I am working on importing my 2016 Prius (JTDKBRFU7G3515183) into Portugal. I am using ACP (the Portugal version of AAA) to do the paperwork for IMT (Portugal DMV). I have given them everything I have, and they say it is not enough. They tell me they want "All the technical information". I have given them the 2016 Prius electronic brochure that I obtained from Toyota USA yesterday and the entire electronic manual I got from same, and told them to look at Prius TWO. Since today is Portugal's Holiday, I am not sure if what I gave them is acceptable, but I want to be on the ball as much as possible because I do not know how long this process will take and the car will need picked up on the 10th. Any info is appreciated. I tried to get them to be more specific, but they repeated 2x, "They want all the technical information".
Yes, this helps. There is chassis informatio linkn the documents seem to require. lengths, widths, heights and weights. I am stumped if this document doesn't have all they require on the e brochure for 2016 Prius on pages 23, 24, that Toyota identifies as "TWO"
