<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Kablooie\";p=\"59947)</div> I wouldn't rely on just this... it seems to only have a smattering of bluetooth phones available. And their Wireless Reference guide is slightly out of date. Your best bet is, if it's bluetooth, it'll probably work, unless it's from Verizon. Something like... if ((phone.hasBluetooth()) && (!phone.fromVerizon())) success;
From what I've been reading it seems that many bluetooth phones aren't completely compatible with all the Prius features. I assume that the few on this list are.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Kablooie\";p=\"59991)</div> You'd assume wrong. Some phones on this list can do complete phone book transfers, some can't. Some can play ringtones thru the Prius, some can't. Others on the list are more compatible with ones that are on the list.
As posted before, Prius compatability list: http://home.earthlink.net/~bluepointvance/...prius/Chart.htm
hmm, don't rely on that list posted by inventor00, either. i have the sony ericsson T616 and the sound quality is NOT good... people have trouble hearing me talk. apparently this is a common but not universal problem w/ that phone and the prius. plus there are many phones not on that list.
