Go to Walmart and buy some generic mats if the ones above are too pricey. Or watch eBay for some used OEM ones? Or go to the junkyard and see if a wrecked Prius has any you can buy? I couldn't find any non-generic cheap ones for you in a 5 minute goole search.
There are no Gen II OEM BLACK CARPET mats. Unfortunate, because I personally would have preferred black too like ski.dive's wife.
Only of they are incorrecty installed, and sombody placed a second set of loose mats on top of the factory ones.......H'mmmm
