Looking to get first Prius in Northern California

    I am in the Sacramento area and I am wondering what is a good deal for a new Prius 2014 three with solar roof package. MSRP is $28,290. Also I have read a few things that said the 2015 will have lithium ion batteries but I have not seen mention of this on Toyota's website.

    The 2015 will be exactly like the 2014. The new model 2016 (Gen IV) will be released late in 2015.

    Battery technology has very little to do with how good or practical the hybrid is.

    A 2014 Prius III (without solar) sells for less than $21,000 in the Bay Area this weekend at Toyota 101.

    I got mine 2 weeks ago for 26k otd (prius 3 blizzard perl w/ solar pkg) at roseville toyota.
