Someone on the Prius V lamented the front-bumper tow portal falling off. Mine's just done that on a 7-week-old Prius C. It's gone who knows where? How many have gotten these replaced under warranty? How often does this happen? Thanks.
it's snapped on and even has a tether cable attached. I would say it didn't fall off, but someone most likely removed it. your dealer probably won't cover it. but it never hurts to ask. if nothing else, ask for the part number and start searching the internet. www.car-part.com is a good resource; as it's data about parts in different junk yards. find your color code and see if you can find it... good luck!
