low beams out

    i have a 2010 prius the basic model i turned the lights and both headlights went out they only worked on high beams i changed the bulbs no luck they still only work on highbeams checked fuses they looked good is there any thing else i can check before i take it to the stealer i mean dealer

    You shouldn't check the fuse(s) visually, but with a multimeter.

    Also, when you turn on the headlights, you should hear a faint click, behind/within the dashboard, which is the relay switch. You should hear a similar click when you activate the highbeams. If you can't hear the click when activating the lowbeam headlights, then you might have a bad relay. But recheck the fuses first.
