This article suggests this will be a supply crisis, but I am not so sure about that. I am hoping the reduced sulfur helps reduce ocean acidification and other acid rain issues. I suppose this change does increase diesel demand. Various other regulations such as ethanol mandates also cause a shift away from gasoline more to diesel production.
