I'm from the UK and have a 2011 Prius. There are many roads with 20mph speed limit. How to lower Cruise Control minimum speed to 20mph?
I do not believe this is possible I think it's got to be like 25 mph and above get your computer buddies to look into the firmware and see if they can hack it That's about where you're going to be I'm not sure there's another way to do this especially to cars after the 2009 which yours is and all the hullabaloo of electronics without some assistance and probably cracking the Toyota firmware of the given ECU probably not going to happen maybe there other ways to gain access electrically to the system and make it so you could override with some kind of electric switch but I don't know this.
