I see where Toyota is offering $500 'loyalty cash' to buyers who are previous Prius owners in my region. Has anyone gotten this? Since I bought in March and this is my third Prius I am going to try to get mine tomorrow and shall see what happens.
Had to take issue to Toyota Financial Services corporate office who got in touch with New York office. Apologetic dealer called today to re-write the contract and to credit me with the $500 due. Had to persist through several layers to get this far. Others who may have missed out on their loyalty cash should take note.
