   I changed oil myself at 3000. Odometer hit 5000 and the MAINT REQ trouble light came on. Anybody know how to turn it off?

   Press and hold the ODO button while the car is off. Press the brake and hit the power button while still holding the ODO button.
   
   Watch the dash display and you'll see a reset.

   Note though, that resets to 5K from your last reset, so the light will come back on at 10K, with brief blinks at startup beginning at 9500.
