So I assume this is the oil change stuff. How do you get rid of it. Thought I knew how but I guess I forgot. Seems it was in setting somewhere on one of the pull downs but the MX icon has no pull downs.
Found it! Select settings in the instrument information center then go down to vehicle settings and do the reset. It is not under the MX triangle group.
The mx reminder comes on 5,000 miles since last reset, but oil change interval is 10,000 miles on 0W-20 oil. At the 5,000 mile intervals between oil changes, you should still check the fluid levels and tire pressures at a minimum.
