what is the average wait time for the toyota prepaid maintenance coupons? i bought my prius on feb 1 2007, and have not recieved my coupons yet. when i called a couple weeks ago to toyota, they say the dealer activated them on the 15th of feb meanwhile the extended warranty i purchased from Troy Dietrich from toyota of greenfield has been activated and i got my warranty contract from toyota within weeks
I think it took about 4-6 weeks to get my coupons. If you need service before then, the dealer can look up whatever it is they need. If they won't, shake your fist in anger at them. That's what worked for me.
