I am trying to get my 2012 Prius v into maintenance mode. Am I supposed to see a Light that says maintenance mode? Am following the instructions in the nutzaboutbolts vid for 2010-2015 Toyota Prius Engine coolant drain and refill thanks in advance Suze
You will just get the flashing hybrid warning car symbol with the ! mark. Maintenance Mode to Continuously Idle Engine Press Start button 2 times Press Gas Pedal 2 times Press brake and shift to Neutral Press Gas Pedal 2 times Press Park Press Gas Pedal 2 times (hybrid warning light will start flashing) Press Brake and Start button (starts engine, don't drive it, shutdown to return to normal)
thank you so much! I thought that was for warning light for hybrid system and was freaking me out like I did something wrong.
