Hello All, I became a proud owner of a used Prius last month and one thing I started looking for is a list of major issues and (potential) resolutions. Since some of the Toyota TSBs cover certain issues under certain warranties, I have been anxious to get a list of things I should check my Prius out for so I can get them resolved before the warranties expire. So far, below is a limited list of issues I have gleaned from the limited time I spent on the forum: 1. Brakes do not work properly in certain snowy situations? - TSB fix? 2. Rear hatch struts do not work properly in colder climates? - TSB fix? 3. Rattle noises on some Gen3 Prii? - no known fix? I would appreciate additions/modifications/deletions which I promise to edit this post with for the benefit of new/existing owners. If this post generates enough info, perhaps the moderator would be inclined to make this sticky. Thanks much.
