I have a 2005 prius and I know it make small noise from time to time because there are a lot of sensors. There is one noise that was there since day one but now become much louder. That is when you hit the brake or slow down, sometime it makes a small noise. This noise has become much louder. Anyone know what noise it is and how to fix it? The attached contains the video that I capture through my phone
By the way, the video was taken when the car is on, the ICE is shutdown and then someone in the driver seat step on the brake and few seconds later, the noise started. I mean this noise is much louder than it used to be.
Look like this is abrake actuator issue. There are people in the youtube comment that it is a recall from Toyota. They will fix it for free. Anyone has any information
