    Would anyone here, really consider this? his only bills are $300 yr in propain, and aprox $100 in property taxes.. + food.

    Well, he ain't living large, but he is getting along, and I think he did nice job making a quaint little shack habitable, and it looks good!
    Flowers aways increase the resale value!

    Good for him, 1 ATTABOY! :D

    I'd rather use Propane, it's less ProPainful...:rolleyes:
