Manuals

I have been trying for the past month to get the dealer to get the proper manuals to me. The Main Owners Manual, but it refers to some other supplement and a warranty book.

I am getting increasingly frustrated.

Any one know:
1) how I can get the manuals
2) how I can let Toyota Central know that this particular dealership is NOT providing the manuals - in particular the ones with the maintenance schedule?
