You know that the 2010 is not going to be a PHEV, right? Maybe in 2011 or 2012, but no certainty to even that.
And the stock Prius PHEV (2011 or 2012) will only do about 8 to 10 miles in EV mode. Although with the new federal tax credits, I suspect that Toyota will at least try to get the battery up to 4 kwh for the $2,500 credit. That would get about 15 miles of EV range.
