Jut got back from my first lengthy trip in my 2014 PIP, and had a strange issue pop up with the navi system. During the trip up to Cape Cod the thing worked fine (I had my Iphone 4 plugged into the car, and the Entune system was enabled....giving me traffic and Pandora access). During my return trip, however...the map froze several times and would not work until I stopped and re-started the car. During the freeze the map (and destination info like the ETA) stayed locked on screen...but when I switched the view to Audio and then back to map it displayed multicolored "static" pixels on screen. Once I stopped the car and re-started the engine the navi booted up and worked fine until freezing up again a little bit later in the trip. Happened 3 or 4 times altogether. Anyone see these symptoms before? Thanks
What is the version of your Entune software in the dash? There are a couple of posts on here about upgrading the software to resolve issues like the map freezing.
