Master Switch Not Closing Rear Window After Door Replacement

    I have a 2015 PIP with non JBL speakers. I purchased a door with a JBL speaker. The master regulator doesn't open or close that specific door but works on the rest of them. That JBL door switch works.

    Would it be a harness issue? I could swap the harness but I am not quite sure what can be the problem. Is there a way to "register" that switch with the rest of the doors?

    I did the 5 second down and 5 second up to set the window but that's all I've done.

    UPDATE: Switching the original harness solved the problem.
