Master Warning Light, Check Engine, and a few others, but no problems?

So this has happened to me before, where the Master Warning Light lit up, the check engine light, and every other light on that row lit up. Also, there's a little warning sign on the top left corner of my screen that has a little red car with an exclamation point in the middle.

The first time it turns out that my car just ran out of gas, this time it is definitely not that.


Car Info:

I have an 04 or 05 Prius, with around 180k miles. It's been services and it's running quite well. The only issue it has is that the combination meter cluster is not working. The MPH screen only turns on once every month or so, and when it's not working, I can't see the MPH, or how much gas I have left. The GPS and other info also becomes wonky. But i've gotten used to it, at least until I find the time to get it fixed (can't do without a car in Arizona). It still runs alright without it, despite some resistance I feel under my foot, but the MPG doesn't seem to drop much when running like this.


Anyways, I went ahead and took my car to auto zone to get the codes checked. At the moment, all the other lights turned off and only the check engine is on and the warning on the LCD screen. The three codes that appeared are:

P3193 Fuel Run Out
P0A93 Inverter Cooling System Performance
P0A93 Inverter Cooling System Performance (yes it came out twice)

So, I'm pretty certain it's not that I ran out of gas this time. There was plenty of gas left when the lights showed up, and even then I refilled the tank yesterday, I got the codes today.

I also did the inverter coolant pump turbulence test that is sometimes recommended, both this time and the last time this happened, the test came out just fine. There are no leaks and the coolant has plenty of movement.

So what could it be that keeps that check engine light on/had the lights come on in the first place?

Not long ago. It's still full from the last time I had it changed. Can't be exact since I can't really see my odometer. But there is still plenty of turbulence when I check today. Same as the last time this happened.

 

That was a few months back. And I wasn't there. It was my father who was driving the car. He had to drive it maybe 2 miles. There was a few bars left in the hybrid battery by the time he got home. But an awesome member of this forum stopped by afterwards and checked out my car and found nothing wrong other than it was out of gas.

 

Thank you for the video. I watched it all since i've never messed with that before. Seems easy enough. I'd have to get tubing and what not. Now if it is air in the system, would that be enough to cause the code? It doesn't seem to be overheating when I drive it, even when the screens work.

Yeah it seems to be working. Now there has been no leaking what so ever underneath my car yet. I went ahead and checked a few times. Would it be noticeable?
I'm guessing if it was a leak i'd have to end up taking it to Toyota so they could find the leak..
