MESSED UP MY TIMING NEED HELP!!!

Long story short my I was doing HG on my 2014 ct200h(I figured ill get more help in this forum) and I messed up my timing. I took the chain off while the mark were not on the right spot (ill attach a photo) the only thing I aligned was the line in the camshaft with the bolt.
So now how would I re align the timing from scratch
(piston #1 and #4 are TDC which makes me think I removed the timing chain while piston#4 was compression instead of #1)
PS camshaft probably moved freely as well now
