Has anyone had any experience with both of these tires? It seems like the Michelin is the all-time high mpg tire while the Continental has better handling and longer tread life? Anyone know the mpg difference between the 2?
I can tell you that the Michelin Energy Saver AS tires gave me 2-3 mpg more over the factory Yokohama Avid tires. I believe the Michelin Energy Saver AS tires are the most fuel efficient tires in the U.S. I got nearly 70,000 miles out of my first set of Energy Saver tires. I believe the reviews on the Contentinal Eco Plus are not as good. I believe tirerack.com has reviews from consumers on both tires. If anyone know of a U.S. available tire that delivers more fuel efficiency than the Energy tire please let us all know...
