Filled up on Jan 3 this year; down to 2 bars on fuel gauge after 2600 miles. Maybe time to fill up before Easter weekend and good till July 4. Luv the Prime.
Perhaps we need a thread to remind people how to operate the gas pump. It could be embarrassing to have to ask the person next to you filling up how this thing works.
And which side of the car the gas cap's on... I remember the FIRST time I gassed up a car, managed to get the wrong side next to the pump. No problem, just pull forward, do a u-turn to this other pump, and erhm: it's STILL on the wrong side! Fired up auxiliary brain cells, concentrated real hard, got it the third time. Hope the security cam's were not on, maybe they didn't exist in those days?
Oh man, the gas in my Prime is from September of last year. At the rate I actually use gas (EV performance is just so much better), it'll be September again before I even get back down to a quarter tank.
I refilled again (after 6 months of not) on Feb 2. It is still 98% full seven weeks later, and is bound to stay that way until we drive the car on the way to our vacation. I have to review my method to fill, record the info, and reset Trip B, every time now due to the infrequency of filling up.
