After purchasing a Mini VCI with the Techstream software I can confirm this does just about everything you need for the Prius. The device seems to be able to connect to all the ECU's, and is capable of reading and clearing fault codes, bleeding and flushing brakes, reading battery block voltages and resistance, in fact everything PC'ers are likely to want.
