    Of course they aren't making very many. I don't buy based on exterior looks. And wouldn't pay a dime for the mods involved. I need chrome bumpers why?

    In Japan, individuality in cars is still strong so I suspect this is part nostalgia (owning a car that looks American in a foreign country from a different era) as well as individuality and owning something unique.

    LIKE the bumpers, assuming they're hydraulically mounted. Would be better if they had rubber contact strips.

    Or, is this a cosmetic treatment only, and just the exterior. I'd be first in line for a vehicle having a dashboard with tactile, ergonomic, intuitive, eyes-on-the-road controls.

    Possibly cosmetic. I haven't seen pictures of the interior yet.
