Think about it, if a simple inexpensive chip could truly do all these wonderful things, wouldn't Toyota have built it into the Prius many years ago?
Let's see: Better fuel economy (than a *Prius*)...AND more power (60hp!)... AND marked down from $400 to $80? AND lower emissions, despite the fact that the "technical information" page credits their improved performance on ignoring the gubb'mit's excessive concern about emissions? YEAH! SIGN ME RIGHT UP! [/sarc, in case anybody needs it explicit] Heck, W, I don't know beans about cars, but I know snake oil when I see it. A tiny bit of googling shows that their address is a rental box in a mall, no relation to the well-kept building in the pictures on the website. A little more googling says that you'd be paying that $80 for a resistor that tells your engine the incoming air is cooler than it is, changing the fuel/air ratio (which you can also do with the gas pedal) and potentially damaging your engine. It's aunt Bea's Indian Guide Elixer in a new form. I saw that episode of the Andy Griffith Show when it first aired in the 1960's. And, I also believe that magnets on the gas line "aligns" the molecules so they burn with more energy.
