Here is a projection I prepared in early July this year: So far the projection appears to be about right at just under 100K model 3 at end of Q3/18. My production curve shows about 170K model 3 produced by the end of the year. This follows the typical "S" curve with rate of production beginning to taper off at the end of 2019 at the Fremont location. The wild card is what Tesla might do with a production plant in China at some time in the future.
