Saw these videos on youtube and it got me thinking, has anyone ever tried modifying the sound the VPNS makes? According to the author of the video, he believes it wouldn't be too difficult to install this VPNS (or VESS as hyundai calls it) in another car, provided you're able to translate the CANBUS signals. I assume the Prime VPNS uses canbus, it'd be interesting to be able to swap them, since i'm not exactly a fan of the noise the Prime makes.
Let us all know if it works. I don't have the technical know-how to DIY mod on the system at the CANBUS level, but if you find an easy way to mod the system, you may find a way to market the system for $$$. LOL Yeah, a lot of people would be interested.
