Voltage reads 1.4-14.5 instead of 13.4 - 13.5 This may mean the v will recharge the 12 volt battery quicker. Water Temp is 195 instead of 184 and is less constant. RPM seems higher at any given speed although I need a larger sample size.
For the voltage, someone reported that the Gen III has a temperature sensor on the 12V battery. So it charges at a higher voltage unless the temperature gets above a certain setpoint then it drops back to the 13.5 range.
