Turned out pretty much how I expected... the more performance minded Accord impresses, by for the wrong reasons. The Camry Hybrid, with the strong HSD heritage does well, just like the Prius.
I actually thought they deemphasized the performance of the Accord hybrid, only saying it was silly fun and basically say all that power was unnecessary. The comments on the Camry seem to be much better overall, capable of either performance and economy, which apparently the Accord couldn't (in their mind). I didnt' agree with their statement that it would take the service life of the vehicle for it to be worth buying it hybrid (we are talking about Honda and Toyota cars here). But then surprise for a auto magazine to insinuate that we may be seeing global oil production going down and gas prices go up! Very interesting!
