My '08 needs to have the muffler replaced and my mechanic will let me purchase one and bring it to him for installation. Are there particular brands that you've tried that you liked or didn't like. I don't like noise and would like it to be as quiet as reasonably possible. He said that customers do NOT tend to be happy with the Walker. Other options are Bosal, AP, and BRE. TIA.
Have you priced the OEM rear muffler from an online Toyota parts dept? Toyota Parts Center Online is a good place to start. Shop around different dealers – they don't all sell at the same price.
