Depends what screen you're displaying. But pressing the back button on the steering wheel a few times to get back to then use left/right arrows to display different columns and up/down to display different things within that column is usually the way. Often the instructions on what the buttons do are printed at the very bottom of that screen. All the controls are on the steering wheel though.
