I was driving to work this morning and 5 warning lights turned on simultaneously. Needless to say I was quite startled The four warnings lights on the dash board are: 1) yellow circle with ! 2) CHECK engine 3) Triangle with ! 4) VSC One warning light on Navi display: 1) Triangle with ! What do they all mean together? I've seen posts and I kind of get the overall picture but none of the posts had all of the same warning lights. Is it okay to NOT go to the dealership today? or should I drop everything and go today? Thank you...
Usually the presence of those warning lights would mean that the inverter coolant pump had failed. However when that happens, typically the AC compressor will stop running as the car shuts down non-critical systems. Regardless, I suggest that you make it a priority to take your car to your local Toyota dealer so that the DTC can be read. There is a reasonable chance that the problem is covered under the powertrain or hybrid vehicle warranty. Good luck.
Check with the dealer first to make sure that they have an inverter coolant pump. Many are out of stock right now. See this for more details including a way to check if it is the pump.
