I bought my Prius about a month ago from One Toyota in Oakland. In a word -- WOW!

They put a discounted price sticker on every car, and sell at that price. Always a straight, square deal. They don't sell paint sealant or other add-ons. There's no haggling whatsoever.

I've met many of the staff. My disabled daughter ran off inside the dealership on a really busy Sunday, and they dropped everything to find her.

The facility is brand new and exceptional. I've ordered lots of parts (mostly stuff I learned about here). They discount the parts, they greet me by name, and they're very enthusiastic. For example, they ordered a radio faceplate from Europe that others here special-order from Europe for about $140. They charged me $61. They think all the mods are cool. They file my printouts from Priuschat for other customers.

I bought mine there as well last month. They were so new, I had to go back and walk trough with them how to set up my SOS Onstar clone (that comes with the IV and V).

I concur on the pricing, customer service, etc. Very nice there, and gave me near double Blue Book on my Trade In.

The big test will be to see if they accept my Service Coupons I bought from Troy at WarrantyShack ;)
