1st it was the water bottle email, now I have received a comp subscription to Co-Op America. While I just received it in the mail not even a few hours ago, looking over the package & the website it sounds like they have some pretty good ideas. So I thought I'd share with my favorite bunch of greenies & see what ya'll had to say & see if anyone is a member. So check it out!!

Does that mean I'm one of your favorite greenies?

    Ah shucks.

Seriously though, thanks for the link.
I'm going to be on the team to perform energy audits and detailed tracking of energy usage on my work campus. The goal is to be ISO 14001 and LEED certified. Of course, then you lower the target and hit it, then lower it again, and again. . .

Love the bit about the green roofs. That's a bit of low hanging fruit that should be encouraged more in this country. So easy to implement and non-trivial heating and cooling savings. So many other benefits as well.
