Yes, but by how much? Is it even a measurable amount. I mean if you want to get that picky, Toyota could have gone with an internal antenna, instead of one on the roof. That would be more aerodynamic. Take the trim tings off, it looks much better.

Are they legal? France now outlaws reflective valve stems because of erratic light dispersion at night that could interfere with oncoming traffic. It's okay if the sides are chrome/silver but you must paint or blackout the very tip.
